In the Ser­vant Lead­er­ship course, participants will gain an in-depth understanding of how to build high-performing teams by leveraging differences in perspectives, experiences and SOCIAL STYLES. Learners will explore followership and the philosophy of subordinating their ego for the good and success of the mission. Participants will gain and leverage the skills and knowledge of mentoring and feedback in order to guide their teams toward becoming aligned, focused and living their shared values. 

What is Servant Leadership?

The Servant Leadership Certificate is an immersive, experiential leadership course. Participants will learn about the theory of Servant Leadership and how it dovetails nicely with the mission of transformational leaders. They will take the SOCIAL STYLE 360 assessment and learn tools for building effective teams and providing empowering feedback, as well as the importance of mentoring, followership and serving their teams.

Certificate Outcomes

Upon completion of this certificate, students will be able to:

  1. Articulate a clear understanding of the definition and framework of Servant Leadership.
  2. Employ best practices in managing high-performance teams with diverse SOCIAL STYLES,
    perspectives and experiences.
  3. Provide empowering feedback that leads to individual and collective growth.

Certificate Logistics:

The Servant Leadership Certificate is 20 clock hours of in-person learning developed for teams of various sizes. The 20-clock hours can be completed over a long weekend or a few months.
